Welcome! I am an economist, now working at the ESM and previously at the IMF. I have been working on fiscal issues in countries of all income levels in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. I participated in many IMF Article IV and country missions and contributed to a variety of policy publications. My academic research focuses on macroeconomics, public economics, the dynamic responses of economic agents to technology or policy shocks, and climate change adaptation.
